In the beginning...

a bush block was found

it was pretty rough

with a lake in the middle !

first access was made

so the trucks could roll in

many pipes were needed

and buried in the ground

so the lake could be drained

and no one gave up.

First stake in the ground

the trees were felled

and contours were formed

hills were flatened

and gullies filled in

till a rough track emerged

concrete by the truck load

around 2 1/2 kms

complete with rumble strips

not so rough now !

endless working bee's

till it was ready to seal

first layer of 3

and the track takes shape

layer 2 goes down

with great care

and then layer 3

till the circuit is complete

and Bill takes a walk

and admires the view
